BBC cannot always be trusted to use plain English

While the BBC is still recognised by many as a worldwide standard in communication, there are parts of the organisation receiving criticism from programme listeners.

One area in particular that needs to heed the critics is the BBC Trust. This department answers to TV licence holders. Their recent consultation for 'Delivery Quality First' had Radio 4 listeners calling in to complain about the jargon that stops people from having their say in the future of the BBC.
